Special Edition number 57 = Pins of FIFA World Cup Italia 1990 participating teams' flags surrounding a plaque that reads:

"A Commemorative Collection of Pins Depicting the Participating Countries in The FIFA World Cup Italia '90. Presented by Donald R. Keough, President of The Coca-Cola Company, to Dr. Joao Havelange, President of the FIFA, and to membres of the Executive Committee of FIFA, in Rome, June 27, 1990"

It is in its original frame made of aluminium painted black, white cardboard surrounding the black velveteen where pins are set. A transparent plastic sheet protects pins' and plaque setting. The back is in black hardened textile with flap to display on a flat surface and also has hooks to hang on a wall if so desired.
